Pretty color but definitely not a dark blue, closer to royal or electric blue. Paper also sheds.I was spending a ton on tissue to send my wares. This is a great value.The 20x30 ream is folded in half, other brands have displayed that in their advertising when it is the case. Edges are frayed/crunched, which I would expect top and bottom sheets to be, but due to it being folded all edges are effected. A quick flip through, I didn't see a single sheet that had flat surface, the streaks/wrinkles are subtle on some, but there. Pictures in ad show a very smooth paper.These are the reasons for my low rating."Drak blue" color is accurate enough in ad. Tissue paper is to be thin, it seems to be stronger than some reviews claim. I'd accept thinner based on those reviews, but think what I got is the best aspect along with color. "Value for money", it depends on how you plan on using it. Will you crunch it up a bit anyway and it will fit your style, or willing to re-cut edges for size/shape, then absolutely. Do you need crisp, clean edges, nice smooth paper, I'd say pick something else! It is not high gloss, which there are no claims to, in case you wonder.I own a small business and wrap each order in tissue paper. I was excited to find this product since I go through so much so quickly. This is good quality and I love the color! When I received my package, all of this was wrapped in one package so there is no way to not open them all. Not as easy to store this way since the come all laid out flat. The package was ripped in several areas and a complete mess.I had almost 200 gift bags to prepare and they all looked the same, no faded color or torn edges.I have ordered a different color before and it's been great. The dark blue is terrible! The cheapest feeling tissue and the color isn't consistent. Some of the sheets have white spots where the dye didn't take. The edges of my pack was all torn up and looked like something chewed it up. I tried to do an exchange or return here on Amazon and it won't let me. Now I'm stuck with 400+ sheets of terrible tissue and nothing to wrap my orders in.Great value. I use this to wrap items for presentation to my shipping customersGreat value, exactly what I needed.
